DoD, GSA, and NASA Issue Final Rule to Implement USMCA Agreement

The Department of Defense, General Services Administration, and National Aeronautics and Space Administration are publishing a final rule to incorporate the provisions of the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement into the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as mandated by the USMCA Implementation Act.
