U.S. Trade Representative Announces Technical Amendments to Exclusions Related to China's Acts, Policies, and Practices

The U.S. Trade Representative has made two technical amendments to previously reinstated exclusions related to China's acts, policies, and practices affecting technology transfer, intellectual property, and innovation, as part of the section 301 investigation into these areas.
