U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of HCY's Intervention in Flocked Swabs Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review a ruling by an Administrative Law Judge that allowed Huanchenyang (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd. and HCY USA LLC to participate in an investigation into flocked swabs and related products.
