U.S. International Trade Commission Finds Violation of Tariff Act by Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy Inc. and Affiliates

The U.S. International Trade Commission has found a violation of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 by Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy Inc., Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy A/S, and Gamesa Electric, S.A.U. The Commission has issued a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders, and terminated the investigation.
