Avocados Grown in South Florida; Increased Assessment Rate

The Avocado Administrative Committee has raised the assessment rate for Florida avocado growers from $0.27 to $0.37 per 55-pound container, effective for the 2010-11 fiscal period and beyond, to fund the marketing program for avocados grown in South Florida.
