U.S. International Trade Commission Reviews Part of Final Decision on Tariff Act Violation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to review part of a final decision issued in December 2021, which found no violation of the Tariff Act of 1930. The Commission is seeking additional information from parties and interested groups on certain issues, and has extended the deadline for the investigation to May 9, 2022.
