US International Trade Commission to Review Duties on Carbon and Alloy Steel Plate Imports

The US International Trade Commission (ITC) will conduct full five-year reviews to assess the impact of revoking countervailing and antidumping duties on carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate imports from 11 countries, including China and South Korea.
