USITC Seeks Public Comments on Potential Violation of Section 337 Regarding Certain Electrical Connectors and Cages

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) is requesting public input on potential public interest issues related to a recent investigation into a possible violation of Section 337 by a company, which may involve the importation of certain electrical connectors and cages, and products containing the same, as determined by an administrative law judge on March 11, 2022, with recommended relief and bonding considerations issued on March 28, 2022.
