U.S. Department of Agriculture to Grant Exclusive License for Hibiscus Variety

The U.S. Department of Agriculture has announced its intention to grant an exclusive license to PlantHaven, Inc. for the hibiscus variety Sahara Sunset, described in a U.S. Plant Patent Application filed on May 21, 2009.
