U.S. International Trade Commission Reviews Part of Initial Determination in Section 337 Case

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to review in part an initial determination granting some of the complainants' requests for a summary determination of a violation of Section 337, and is seeking written submissions from the parties on several issues, including remedy and public interest.
