Broadband iTV, Inc. Files Complaint with U.S. International Trade Commission Over Patent Infringement

Broadband iTV, Inc. has filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging patent infringement by certain set-top boxes and systems, and services including the same, related to four U.S. patents, and seeking a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders.
