U.S. International Trade Commission to Investigate Location-Sharing System Patents

Advanced Ground Information Systems, Inc. and AGIS Software Development LLC have filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain location-sharing systems, related software, and products infringe on four U.S. patents. The complaint seeks a limited exclusion order to prevent the importation and sale of these products in the United States.
