USPTO Delays Patent Fee Effective Date to June 30, 2023

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has delayed the effective date of a new patent fee, originally set to take effect on April 3, 2023, until June 30, 2023, following a final rule published on December 29, 2022, in the Federal Register.
