NLRB Stays Two Provisions of 2019 Rule Change Amid Ongoing Challenges and Deliberations

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has temporarily halted two provisions of its 2019 rule change, pending ongoing court challenges and internal deliberations about revising or repealing the rule. The provisions, which were never implemented, will remain on hold until September 10, 2023.
