U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission Proposes Rule for Button Cell and Coin Battery Safety

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission proposes a rule to establish performance requirements for battery compartments on consumer products containing button cell or coin batteries, in an effort to reduce the risk of injury from ingestion by children under 6 years old, as mandated by Reese's Law.
