FCC Dismisses Part of Petitions to Reconsider 2.5 GHz Band Eligibility Restrictions

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has dismissed part of a petition from the National Congress of American Indians (NCAI) and the Schools, Health & Libraries Broadband Coalition (SHLB), while denying another petition from the Hawai'i Broadband Initiative, which later withdrew its request to reconsider the 2.5 GHz band eligibility restrictions.
