Industry groups, including The Aerospace Industries Association, The Blooston Rural Carriers, and The Rural Wireless Association, Inc., have submitted petitions for reconsideration of the Commission's recent action in a rulemaking proceeding, led by David Silver, D. Cary Mitchell, and Carri Bennet.
