Federal Communications Commission Reviews Information Collection for Paperwork Reduction

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comments on an information collection process as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork burdens, in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA). The FCC invites comments on the necessity and utility of the proposed information collection, as well as ways to minimize its burden on small businesses and enhance its quality.
