FCC and USAC to Modify Computer Matching Program for Lifeline and Emergency Broadband Benefit Programs

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) will modify a computer matching program to verify the eligibility of Lifeline and Emergency Broadband Benefit Program applicants and subscribers, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974. The purpose of the matching program is to ensure compliance with the Privacy Act.
