FCC and USAC to Conduct Computer Matching Program with North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) will conduct a computer matching program with the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services to verify applicants' eligibility for the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program and other federal programs that use the FCC's Lifeline Program as an eligibility criterion. This program is in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
