FCC Proposes Modification to Business Contacts and Certifications System Under Privacy Act

The Federal Communications Commission is proposing to expand its Business Contacts and Certifications system to include point of contact information for contractors, vendors, and those performing collateral duties, in order to ensure compliance with federal laws and FCC rules.
