Federal Communications Commission Reconsiders and Clarifies Robocall Regulations, Grants Waiver for Voice Service Providers

The Federal Communications Commission has reevaluated and clarified its previous rules regarding the blocking of unwanted and illegal calls, aiming to balance the protection of consumers with the interests of legitimate callers, while also allowing voice service providers to terminate calls on IP networks using Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) without a waiver.
