FDA Clears Way for Technetium Tc-99m Succimer Kit Approval

The FDA has determined that the MPI DMSA KIDNEY REAGENT (Technetium Tc-99m Succimer Kit), Injectable, was not withdrawn from sale due to safety or effectiveness concerns, paving the way for potential approval of abbreviated new drug applications (ANDAs) for the product.
