US Department of Agriculture Implements New Biomass Crop Assistance Program

The US Department of Agriculture has implemented the new Biomass Crop Assistance Program (BCAP), authorized by the 2008 Farm Bill, to assist agricultural and forest land owners and operators in establishing and producing eligible crops for bioenergy conversion.
