US Department of Agriculture Establishes Domestic Hemp Production Program

The US Department of Agriculture has finalized a rule to oversee the domestic production of hemp, building on the 2018 Farm Bill and superseding an interim final rule, to ensure compliance with regulations for hemp producers and maintain records of hemp production.
