California Raisin Administrative Committee Reinstates Borrowing Authority Under Marketing Order 989

The Raisin Administrative Committee (RAC) is reauthorizing itself to borrow from commercial lending institutions under the amended Marketing Order 989, which regulates California-grown grape raisins, following an unintentional removal of this authority in a 2018 final rule.
