Availability of Kit Product Labeling Guideline Update

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has updated its guideline for multi-component kit products, which will help establishments determine if they need to be inspected and how to label products containing fully labeled meat or poultry components. The updated guideline responds to comments received and reflects current FSIS thinking.
