EPA Proposes Federal Plan for Existing Municipal Solid Waste Landfills

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a federal plan to implement emission guidelines for existing municipal solid waste landfills that began construction before July 17, 2014, and have not undergone modifications or reconstructions since then.
