Copyright Royalty Judges Announce Intent to Audit Sirius XM Radio Inc.'s 2018 Royalty Payments

The Copyright Royalty Judges have received a notice of intent to audit Sirius XM Radio Inc.'s 2018 royalty statements for the company's Commercial Webcaster service, Preexisting Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service, New Subscription Service, and Business Establishment Service, which relate to royalty payments under two statutory licenses.
