FMCSA Exempts Six Individuals with Epilepsy from Epilepsy and Seizure Disorder Requirements

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has granted exemptions to six individuals with epilepsy and seizure disorders, allowing them to operate commercial vehicles in interstate commerce despite having a history of seizures and taking anti-seizure medication.
