FERC Amends Regulations for Delivering Filings and Submissions

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has updated its regulations to require that filings and submissions be delivered to its off-site security screening facility, except for mail sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS) to its headquarters.
