U.S. Customs and Border Protection Corrects Regulations for Centers of Excellence and Expertise

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has issued a technical correction to its regulations, clarifying two sections that do not accurately reflect the agency's operational structure or the objective of the Centers of Excellence and Expertise initiative, as announced in an interim final rule on December 20, 2016.
