US Government Issues Proposed Rule for Export Grape and Plum Act Revisions

The US government is seeking public comments on proposed changes to the Export Grape and Plum Act, including a reduced minimum bunch weight requirement for grape exports to Japan, Europe, and Greenland, and updates to the list of European countries and berry crack tolerance for the Exotic grape variety, recommended by the California Grape and Tree Fruit League.
