EPA Approves Iowa and Nebraska Air Quality Plans for 2012 PM 2.5 Standard

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved elements of Iowa and Nebraska's State Implementation Plan submissions for the 2012 Annual Fine Particulate Matter (PM 2.5) National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS), as required by the Clean Air Act (CAA).
