Department of Homeland Security Submits Information Collection Request for Medical Certification for Disability Exceptions

The Department of Homeland Security, in collaboration with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, is seeking additional public comment period for a medical certification form related to disability exceptions, following a revision of an existing approved collection, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
