US Department of Defense Removes Regulations on National Industrial Security Program

The US Department of Defense has finalized a rule removing its regulations on the National Industrial Security Program, which deals with industrial security procedures and practices related to foreign ownership, control, or influence, to align with the National Archives and Records Administration's (NARA) existing rule on the subject.
