U.S. Steel to Settle with EPA Over Clean Air Act Disputes

United States Steel Corporation has reached a proposed settlement agreement with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to resolve petitions for review filed over nitrogen oxide emission limits at its Minntac taconite facility in Minnesota.
