Federal Housing Administration (FHA) Proposes Changes to Section 232 Healthcare Facility Insurance Program for Memory Care Residents

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is updating the requirements for bathroom locations in board and care and assisted-living facilities to accommodate memory care residents, allowing for more flexibility in facility design and financing.
