EPA Approves Ohio's Revised Air Plan to Comply with NOX and CAIR Rules

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Ohio's request to revise its State Implementation Plan (SIP) to align with changes to the Nitrogen Oxides (NOX) SIP Call and the removal of the Clean Air Interstate Rule (CAIR) requirements, ensuring compliance for Electric Generating Units (EGUs) and large non-EGUs.
