Spinosad Pesticide Tolerances Established by FDA

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has established tolerances for residues of the pesticide spinosad on tea, dried tea, and instant tea, following a request from Dow AgroSciences, LLC. This regulation is in line with the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
