Navistar Requests Exemption for Swedish Project Engineers to Test Drive US Commercial Vehicles

Navistar, Inc. has requested an exemption from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) to allow five Swedish Project Engineers to drive commercial motor vehicles in the US without holding a US commercial driver's license, as part of a partnership with Scania AB to improve fuel economy and emissions reductions.
