Withdrawal of Direct Final Rule for Stationary Compression Ignition Internal Combustion Engines Standards

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) withdrew its direct final rule amending the Standards of Performance for Stationary Compression Ignition Internal Combustion Engines due to adverse comments received, reversing a rule published on July 5, 2019. The EPA is now revisiting the standards for stationary compression ignition internal combustion engines.
