EPA Deletes Intel Corp. (Santa Clara III) Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 9 has announced the deletion of the Intel Corp. (Santa Clara III) Superfund Site in Santa Clara, California, from the National Priorities List (NPL), following completion of all response actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980.
