EPA Approves Texas Air Plan Revisions to Remove Low-Income Repair Assistance Program Rules

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to the Texas State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), removing rules related to the Low Income Repair Assistance Program (LIRAP) for participating counties.
