EPA Withdraws Direct Final Rule for Wisconsin Title V Operating Permit Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is withdrawing a direct final rule approving updates to the Wisconsin Title V Operating Permit Program due to an adverse comment. The rule updates the program for the first time since 2001 and changes the permit fee schedule for subject facilities.
