EPA Submits Renewal Request for NESHAP for Commercial Ethylene Oxide Sterilization and Fumigation Operations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval of a proposed extension of the information collection request (ICR) for NESHAP for Commercial Ethylene Oxide Sterilization and Fumigation Operations, which is currently set to expire on November 30, 2019.
