Cboe BZX Exchange Initiates Proceeding to Review Proposed Rule Change for American Century ETFs

The Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc. has initiated a self-regulatory organization proceeding to evaluate the approval or disapproval of a proposed rule change to list and trade shares of the American Century Focused Dynamic Growth ETF and American Century Focused Large Cap Value ETF. The proposed rule change is currently under Rule 14.11(k).
