National Cancer Institute Considers Exclusive Patent License for Cell Therapy Cancer Treatments with Ziopharm

The National Cancer Institute, part of the National Institutes of Health, Department of Health and Human Services, is evaluating a potential exclusive patent license agreement with Ziopharm Oncology, Inc., a biotech company based in Boston, Massachusetts, to develop and commercialize cell therapies for cancer treatment.
