U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Announces Availability of Habitat Conservation Plan and Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Oregon Irrigation Projects

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has made available a habitat conservation plan and draft environmental impact statement for irrigation projects in Oregon, which may impact five endangered species, including those affected by the Deschutes Basin Board of Control and the City of Prineville.
