VA Announces Public Comment Period for Proposed Vendor File Request Form

The Veterans Health Administration within the Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking public input on a proposed data collection process. The agency must publish this notice in the Federal Register and allow 60 days for public comment, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
